Are you looking for new construction in The Woodlands, Texas? If you’re familiar with The Woodlands, you know there isn’t much new residential construction going on. In fact… This is IT! These home sites in The Enclave represent the last new homes in the Woodlands. Once they’re sold out, there is no more opportunity to own brand new construction in The Woodlands.
There are two builders in The Elcave, Tri Pointe and Toll Brothers. They both offer homes in similar price ranges, which ends up being in the high $600s to mid $700s. Their starting prices are below that, some in the $500s, but in our experience selling and buying new homes, most people will opt for a few upgrades that eventually land buyers 15-20% above the “starting at” prices. That’s ok! It’s better to know that going in than to be caught off guard.
